Vejigante Mask - Ponce Puerto Rico

                    

I collect Vejigante masks. They are hung all over my home. These masks are worn during Carnival celebrations in Ponce, Puerto Rico.  The masks are constructed by hand using papier-mâché which is then meticulously painted by craft masters. They are exquisite and amazing works of art.
